Smoothies can be a healthy option if you add some protein to it because with out protein it's just blended fruit and probably won't last you till lunch.
Ingredients
Banana
Almond milk or regular milk
peanut butter
*if you want to make the smoothie thicker add ice cubes. Another way to make your smoothies thick is to add frozen banana.
