Strawberry Scones

A yummy summer recipe


prep- 20 min Total- 30 min servings- 12


1. First preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

2. Then line cookie sheet with parchment

3. In large bowl mix Bisquick, and strawberries or any other add ins

4. In a separate bowl mix whipping cream and vanilla extract

5. Stir into mixture until soft dough forms

6. Divide dough in half

7. On a surface sprinkled with Bisquick mix cut each half into 6 wedges

8. place 2in apart on cookie sheet

9. bake 10-13 minutes or till golden brown

10- Cool on a drying rack

11- mix powdered sugar, 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract and milk to form an icing

12- drizzle on top of scones





Ingredient

2 cups of gluten free Bisquick

1 cup of strawberries

1 1/3 cup of whipping cream

1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract

1 cup of powdered sugar

2 to 3 tablespoons of milk or water

Tips

make sure all ingredients are gluten free

can serve warm

easier to mix on a low table
